We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
Yes! We track all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we'll adjust your pickup time automatically at no extra charge. You don't need to notify us — our system monitors changes and our chauffeurs will be there when you land.
Luggage capacity varies by vehicle: Luxury Sedans accommodate up to 3 standard suitcases, Executive SUVs hold up to 6 suitcases, and Sprinter Vans can carry up to 10 suitcases. If you have unusual luggage requirements (golf clubs, skis, etc.), please let us know when booking so we can ensure the right vehicle.
Yes, we can provide child safety seats upon request. Please specify the age and weight of your child when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat. Please note that a supplemental charge may apply for this service.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), cash, and corporate checks. Corporate accounts can be set up for recurring billing. Payment is collected at the time of booking or through your corporate account.
For airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. For special events, holidays, or peak travel times, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is advisable. However, we do accommodate same-day requests when our schedule permits.
